The founder and President, Richard Chaves, started the company by implementing the first multi-user computing system in Eastern Oregon and writing software solutions to serve city, county and state agencies, taking them from manual to electronic solutions. The CEO, Kathleen Chaves, joined CCI in 1993, leaving IBM and bringing with her in-depth Business Process Design and Customer Service skills.
