Kathleen Chaves, CEO
More than twenty-five years experience in developing customer and business process solutions including ten years with IBM as a Marketing Manager and Business Process Specialist. Awards include: IBM Regional Manager’s Award for creativity and commitment to customer partnerships, IBM Regional Manager’s Achievement Award for quality and vision. Education: Bachelor of Arts, University of California at Berkeley. Lived and worked for two years in Madrid, Spain. Spanish fluency.
 

Richard Chaves, President
Professional experience began in Baker County government in Oregon working as the Baker County Data Processing Manager and Baker County Administrator. Founder of three companies that provided computer-based administrative systems, including Chaves Consulting, Inc in 1991. More than thirty-five years developing solutions that exceed customer expectations. Recognition includes: multiple IBM Business Partner awards for customer service and professional excellence. Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Marketing Management at Eastern Oregon University. IBM and Wharton School of Business courses.
 

Mary Tomlinson, Business Unit and Business Development Manager
More than ten years experience in executive level management, leading work teams to deliver the highest level customer service with integrity and caring. Skills include facilitating teams to work through change management and process improvement. Currently managing the Oregon Department of Human Services Oregon Health Plan project. Past work history includes Eastern Oregon Region Manager for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services, the Department of Human Services Partnership Leader, and Partnership II Coordinator for the Oregon Department of Human Services; the Executive Director for Baker County CASA; the Deputy District Attorney for Multnomah County; and Senior In-House Counsel for U.S. West. Education: J.D. from Lewis and Clark College of Northwestern School Law, B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. Junior year in Spain at the University of Madrid. Spanish fluency.
 

Donell Bowen, Business Unit Manager
Leads help-desk team to provide technical software support to county and state government entities. More than ten years of diverse achievements in customer service, administration, and project management for companies including T-Mobile, and Exhibits and Events and Promotion Products, Inc. Education: Studied at Clackamas Community College, Mount Hood Community College.
