Richard Chaves, President Professional experience began in Baker County government in Oregon
working as the Baker County Data Processing Manager and Baker County
Administrator. Founder of three companies that provided computer-based
administrative systems, including Chaves Consulting, Inc in 1991. More
than thirty-five years developing solutions that exceed customer
expectations. Recognition includes: multiple IBM Business Partner awards
for customer service and professional excellence. Education:
Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Marketing Management at

Mary Tomlinson, Business Unit and
Business Development Manager More than ten years experience in executive level management, leading
work teams to deliver the highest level customer service with integrity
and caring. Skills include facilitating teams to work through change
management and process improvement. Currently managing the Oregon
Department of Human Services Oregon Health Plan project. Past work
history includes Eastern Oregon Region Manager for the Office of
Vocational Rehabilitation Services, the Department of Human Services
