State of Oregon, Department of Human Services / DMAP Chaves provides Help Desk and billing support for the State of Oregon
Health Plan Premium Program that provides low-cost health insurance to
low-income adults and families. Every month, Chaves will print and mail
bills to approximately 28,000 individuals. Billings are printed in four
languages (English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese). Chaves also collects
and deposits accounts receivable, manages account adjustments and
reconciliations, and provides excellent record keeping and reporting
for all aspects of the billing program including customer contract
tracking. Chaves provides 800# Help Desk support to answer questions,
which includes Spanish and TTY services.
